Wandering around B&Q the other day I spotted a Grow-your-own-lilly kit. The pink ones. Since pink oriental lillies are my favourite flower I couldn’t resist. Much fun was had getting the thing into the pot (my gardening abilities are currently 90% enthusiam, 10% experience), and I have watered it religiously ever since. It is now nearly two weeks later and I have nothing to show for my efforts.
