Wandering around Poundland today “stocking up on the delightful tat that Poundland do” (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mcDgOGC5Lcc&noredirect=1) we found this: a mushroom growing kit. Tea Stew has grown mushrooms before (no, not those kind ha ha) with great success and so we thought we’d give it a go.

Essentially you open the cardboard box, tip the soil on the dried mushroom pulp and add water. Stick the tray back inside the cardboard and abandon it in a warm place for a week. Hopefully it will produce you tasty nutritious food – marvellous.
