So, it was our first wedding anniversary this month, and to celebrate it our family grew.

Meet Skye.

She’s a working cocker spaniel, named for the rugged and beautiful island we spent our honeymoon on. Tom and I already both enjoy long walks in all kinds of weathers, and I’ve always dreamed of having a dog to keep me company on the smallholding, my future dream that drives everything I do.

It just seemed right for her to join us now, so she can share our adventures on the way there.
